DELIVERY

VACVAC studio webshop delivers on all weekdays to the nearest GLS shop, or home to your door, with orders placed before kl. 12.00

We deliver within 1-3 working days, but make reservations for longer delivery times during sales.

Free shipping on purchases over 599 DKK 

Shipping is 39 DKK (for parcel shop) for purchases under 599 DKK

 

Return and exchange policy

VACVAC studio webshop understands and accepts if you want to return your goods. We therefore offer a 14-day full return right on items purchased on the webshop. The right of withdrawal applies from the day you receive the package. 

You can expect 2-5 days response time from the day we receive your goods back.

Please fill out our return form with the desired information and enclose the return package. Return slip and return label can be ordered here.

The full price will be refunded if the return package meets our requirements.

The goods must be unused and returned in a condition that does not impair the quality of the goods. The marks on the goods must not be removed - not even the hangtags.

If you wish to exchange, we advise you to return as described and place a new order.

Shipping for returned or exchanged goods is covered by you as a customer and costs DKK 41.50.

All returned items that do not live up to the above requirements will not be accepted and will therefore be returned to you.

NB! We do not refund the money on items purchased on sale. However, the item can be exchanged for another item within 14 days, of course subject to stock being available.
