Terms of trade

 

Welcome to the VACVAC studio webshop (www.vacvac.dk).

 

By using this webshop, you accept the terms and conditions stated on this page. When you place an order, you enter into a binding agreement with VACVAC studio.

 

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability in the warehouse.

 

Payment

VACVAC studio webshop receives payment with VISA, Mastercard, Maestro Card and Mobilepay. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the order is shipped.

All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and is incl. VAT.

VACVAC studio webshop uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that you can not read your information.

 

Delivery

VACVAC studio webshop delivers on all weekdays to the nearest GLS shop with orders placed before kl. 12.00

We deliver within 1-3 working days, but make reservations for longer delivery times during sales.

Unfortunately, the goods can not be picked up in person.

Return

VACVAC studio webshop understands and accepts if you want to return your goods. We therefore offer a 14-day full return right on items purchased on the webshop. The right of withdrawal applies from the day you receive the package. 

You can expect 2-5 days response time from the day we receive your goods back.  

Please fill out our return form with the required information and enclose the return package. Return slip and return label can be ordered here.

The full price will be refunded if the return package meets our requirements.

The goods must be unused and returned in a condition that does not impair the quality of the goods. The marks on the goods must not be removed - not even the hangtags.

Shipping for returned goods is covered by you as a customer and costs DKK 41.50. 

All returned items that do not live up to the above requirements will not be accepted and will therefore be returned to you.  

NB! We do not refund the money on items purchased on sale. However, the item can be exchanged for another within 14 days, of course subject to stock being available.

 

Complaints 

All our items are checked for defects before being shipped to our customers. However, should you receive items with some form of defect or damage, please contact us immediately after you discover the defect or damage.

A 2-year right of complaint is granted in accordance with the Purchase Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material or workmanship. 

The complaint does not apply to defects or damage that has occurred due to incorrect handling or washing of the goods.

We basically offer repair of the item, and if the fault or damage can not be repaired, we offer you to exchange the item for the same item in the same size. Exchange presupposes that the item is in stock. You will receive the full price return if the damage or defect cannot be repaired or replaced.

Pre order

For pre-sale (pre-order), you buy the item as usual, and we reserve the amount on your payment card. The amount will only be withdrawn when we send the order.

 

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us and we treat all our customers with respect and integrity. Therefore, none of the information you provide to us on the VACVAC studio webshop will be sold to third parties without acceptance. We do not disclose information about customers to third parties unless necessary to complete a transaction.
