Terms and conditions
Welcome to the VACVAC studio webshop (www.vacvac.dk).
By using this webshop you agree to the terms and conditions stated on this page. When you place an order, you enter into a binding agreement with VACVAC studio, all orders are subject to acceptance and availability in the warehouse.
Payment
VACVAC studio webshop accepts payment with VISA, Mastercard, Maestro Card, Anyday and Mobilepay. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the order is shipped. All amounts are in DKK and are incl. VAT.
VACVAC studio webshop uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card details with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that no one can read your information.
When paying with Anyday, we collect the first payment when the item is shipped. After that, you pay a monthly installment on the last business day of the next three months. This payment depends on your order total and payment plan. If you pay all installments on time, there are zero interest and fees. Reservation of amount
If you pay with an international payment card, the amount is reserved immediately. The money is reserved on your card or account until:
1) we deduct the amount when we ship the item, or
2) the money is released as agreed with your card issuer.

Delivery
VACVAC studio webshop delivers on all weekdays to the nearest GLS shop with orders placed before 12:00 p.m. We deliver within 1-3 weekdays, but make reservations for longer delivery times during sales.Unfortunately, the goods cannot be collected in person.NB! Different delivery terms apply for pre-orders - See section on pre-orders.
Denmark: Free shipping on purchases over 599 DKK. Shipping is 39 DKK for purchases under 599 DKK.
Returns
VACVAC studio webshop understands and accepts if you wish to return your items. We therefore offer a 14-day full return policy on items purchased on the webshop. The right of withdrawal applies from the day you receive the package. You can expect a response time of 2-5 days from the day we receive your goods back. Please fill out our return form with the requested information and include it in the return package. You can order the return form and return label here. The full price will be refunded once we have deducted the return administration fee (SEK 8 per item) if the return package meets our requirements. The goods must be unused and returned in a condition that does not impair the quality of the goods. The marks on the goods must not have been removed - not even hangtags. Bags must be intact. Return shipping is covered by you as a customer and costs DKK 45. All returns that do not meet the above requirements will not be accepted and the money for the goods will therefore not be returned. NB! For returns that are not complaint items, we charge an administration fee of DKK 8 per item.
Complaints
In addition to the right of withdrawal, your general rights in the Danish Sale of Goods Act apply, including the defect rules. You have a 24-month right of complaint. This means that you can either have a defective item repaired, exchanged, refunded or reduced in price, depending on the specific situation.
It is of course a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior.
Our warranty applies to defects in material or workmanship. The complaint does not apply to defects or damage caused by improper handling or washing of the goods. You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect in the goods. We recommend that you complain as soon as possible and within 14 business days after the defect was discovered.

If you as a consumer want to complain about your purchase, please contact us. If we do not succeed in finding a solution, you can send a complaint to:

Pre-order
In the case of pre-sale (pre-order), you buy the item as usual and we reserve the amount on your payment card. The amount will only be charged when we ship the order.
Privacy policy
Your privacy is important to us and we treat all our customers with respect and integrity. Therefore, none of the information you provide to us on the VACVAC studio webshop will be sold to third parties without consent. We do not disclose any customer information to third parties unless it is necessary to complete a transaction.

Log statistics
We use log statistics on vacvac.dk, which means that a statistics system collects information that can provide a statistical picture of how many visitors we have, where they come from, etc. The log statistics are only used for the purpose of optimizing VACVAC's website.
